I have to agree with the author of the post. We do have great people working for LeadVision and we have an incredible company culture. Our people are our most valuable commodity and we celebrate them often. Every birthday, every anniversary, every major event! In addition to our celebrations, we enjoy team building events and motivational speakers. On Thursdays, we shut the office down early for “Thirsty Thursday”! Oh, and we just kicked off our beer pong tournament. Starting in June, we will launch our third company-sponsored vacation competition. This time, our people will compete, as teams, to win an all-expense paid vacation to Key West. We also offer a matching 401K plan and full health benefits. In addition, we offer 32 paid days off in employee’s first year with us; with an additional two days paid every year thereafter. We truly value our people.
As far as the quality of our product, we are a lead generation company. Our leads convert at around 3 – 5%. This is standard for the industry. For some clients, this falls right in line with their own lead generation efforts. For others, it may not work. It’s kind of like pistachio ice cream. Some people love it but it may not be a good fit for others!
Like any company, some people pursue other careers even though we hate to see them go. Other times, we have let people go so they can pursue opportunities that are more in tune with their skill sets and abilities. It is unfortunate that the author of this post did not have the experience that he/she was expecting. I certainly wish them great success in their journey!
If you are looking for a career where you are supported, encouraged, well paid and offered a hybrid work schedule, then we would love to speak with you. You could be the next LV team member we were looking for!
