      Was brought up as a consultant for brainstorming, LP treats those brought in extremely well, is incredibly organized and really wants to provoke great ideas.

      Cons

      Contractual, so most likely they will ask for your help once or twice then go onto other people

      Everyone here is very smart and friendly. A great place to work, the technology is very interesting.

      Cons

      The only con would be the cost of living in Santa Barbara.

      The clients are sweet and caring, you don't have to deal with the office on a regular

      Cons

      The office is extremely two faced, one minute something will be okay and the next you can be written up for it
