Pros

The people. I feel very fortunate to work with the people I do. The department leaders all truly care about us and I trust that they are doing everything they can to make sure that the employees are taken care of in the end.

Cons

Much has been stated in the other reviews and they are mostly representative of many of the feelings coming from employees in the home office. People have taken to posting their negative reviews since that appears to be the only way for the leaders to hear our grievances. The owners don’t seem to care about us and have made selfish decisions in the past at the expense of the employees that help them build what they have. I have lost faith in them at this point. I will also mention that the health insurance benefits are borderline unaffordable when adding a child or spouse to your plan. If you want to cover your family, it will cost just over $400 per pay period (paid 26 times a year). That’s $10,500 a year for coverage for your family. I hope that new hires are not looking to cover their families with Larson’s benefits, because starting salary for many entry level positions are under $30,000.

Cons

Not everyone enjoys the fast paced, so some people don't stick Growing company with many silos who don't all talk to each other and choose to do what they want a lot which creates havoc for back office departments
