Pros

Some of the people have strong work ethics and aren't money hungry but management is greedy. If it weren't for the support staff of the advisors they would not get anything done. Way too much work! The advisors don't make hardly enough income to stay afloat because most of it goes to the house. We had to put in 80 hrs per week or we couldn't make it.

Cons

The entire executive management team was put in place without really earning their titles or salaries. All the wrong people get promoted while the ones who are honest and persevere are disregarded and told they make enough money and should be grateful.

Pros

if your in upper management....you got it made at this company

Cons

Their quarterly meetings are about verses from the bible and praising the one above. They think they help doctor's by selling them insurance and guiding them through life issues, they honestly believe that they are the doctor's best friends, however read the reviews about the company, they have law suits against them for selling insurance that is not needed to the doctor's. Their employees are all from the same church or are friends of those church members. The president of the company brings his family members to run different departments of the company even with out the business knowledge needed. the company has it's hands in too many pots and can't manage them. Corporate management has way too much time on their hands to do nothing. They like to hire young people out of college so they can mold them into the employee they want...take that as you want

Pros

The people I work with in my department that perform the same duties are genuine people and are very nice.

Cons

Leadership is an absolute joke! The President of our firm told us recently that if we didn't like our jobs. Meaning if we didn't like being underpaid, condescended to and treated like second rate citizens, we could take a few thousand dollar severance and hit the road. The kicker - he asked us to remove our negative opinions on Glassdoor. How ridiculous is that. Like a few grand is going to change how you and your other "leaders" have treated me and the rest of the people that do the work while some reap the benefits.
