Pros

Received lots of feedback on where I could grow as a designer and how I can improve myself professionally. The company itself had a very welcoming environment which made it easier for me to adapt to the culture and workplace.

Cons

It was a hybrid role and I know that some people really do care about this. However, it was not a problem for me.
