- Great Career Progression : I joined LTSA about a year ago as the auxiliary employee, and I got promoted to Examiner of Title Trainee. It's a great program to learn how to administer the Land Title Act and other relevant statutes. The job I'm doing everyday is meaningful and have a great impact on land owners, BC real estate market and BC economic. It is not uncommon to see people being promoted and the retirements with 30-40 years of services.
