Pros
Work at your own pace, plenty of overtime, no supervision, free water bottles. Annual bonus and 401k match(20%). Occasional cookouts based on performance.
Cons
Lack of competent management. Eliminated raises w/o informing employees. Promotions are given to those with no job knowledge. Low starting pay results in bottom of the barrel workforce. Terrible insurance that you have to jump through hoops for. Human resource deptartment is uneducated.
