Lacks Enterprises interview questions

Most of the IT team seemed unprepared for the interview, they kept expecting far more programming experience than the job description mentioned. One of the managers was very rude and seemed upset when I asked how their projects were going (clearly not well). IT director did not give a chance for me to ask him any questions.

Two rounds of interviews, the first being a more general look into work history and education, applicant personality, etc. with the second diving deeply into the job requirements. Different scenarios brought up to gauge critical thinking skills and application of education to the role.
