Bureaucratic nightmare, Understaffed on purpose, having to justify positions that have been open for months due to staff leaving, Competitors stealing our staff after they are trained and have experience, 2% annual pay raise on average, company does well financially you still get only 85% of your performance bonus, Lab people managing business units that are outside of their area of expertise and not listening to SMEs on how operations should be run or are required by regulation to be run.
