overworked, too much territory for each supervisor, too many employees to maintain for each supervisor, no management support, at all. staff are able to break the chain of command and go straight to upper management. Supervisors are more expendable than staff, mediocre pay, too much responsibility for the rate of pay, backbiting counterparts, no loyalty from counterparts/colleagues, management allow clients to discriminate, be rude and just plain impossible with staff and supervisors, management sucks all together-senior, junior and executive
