Pros
Big company, diverse talents, decent benefits like flexi benefit and free quarter goods, medical insurance all included. Career progression is good if you have good leaders who recognise you and you perform better than your peers. Not much OT culture for my team, every team is different.
Cons
Fresh grad pay is less than market average compared to industry level. Always negotiate.
