Pros

Fast paced work environment Good hourly Employee discount website (when things are available) Travel for training.

Cons

Terrible commission structure ($2,030 monogram neverfull pays out $2.30) If it’s a leather item you get 1% ($2,000 makes you $20) They cheat employees out of commission No incentive to sell but they want you to work hard and be stretched thin. You can only spend 3,000 in store with 30% discount, you can’t buy anything in a new release. You have to wait 6 months for a product to be out before it’s eligible for discount.. so you can kiss anything that you like in a new launch goodbye (they honestly don’t pay enough for employees to buy their products.) New policy or change like every other week. They cut hours when the multi billion company isn’t doing “well” . Lowest paying commission structure for any luxury retailer. No ability to move up in the ranks unless you brown nose the managers and corporate. The HR system is a joke, make complaints and nothing gets done.
