      Cons

      Bad management, salary is bad, working environment is bad, bad budget, bad office politics, no office food or drink, overall everything here is bad. They want to hire new grads and lay them off after they get H1B because they know no one wants to stay here for a long time. Everyone just wants to get H1B and jump to other big companies.

      You just need to get your job done - cold calls, making sales

      Cons

      The base pay is so low that it hardly supports your living. Once you have a customer base, the commission will be able to support your living better.
