Pros
HR and the Proposal department is outstanding. They are true professionals in their fields. As for the proposal department this is a double edged sword. As this department is able to get most contracts they bid on, because their ability to write so well, but there is no real support for the PM's after the contract has been won.
Cons
Penny pinching sub contractors, multiple law suits, no support for staff after an awarded contract, Longview has grown so fast there has not been enough time to place quality systems to support said growth.
