Pros
I am excited to go to work everyday with the talent at LRXD. These people are freakin bonkers in the best way. It is a change for me to have an agency care about my health and wellbeing in addition to work output. LRXD backs this up by committing resources and providing stipends to help us get things that will make us health and happy. There is a Health and Happiness co-ordinator who I can contact for advice or assistance and it really helps to be reminded through our guest speakers to take care of yourself. The projects we talk about are exciting and focus on clients trying to change the world . Not to mention being encouraged to step outside of my comfort zone to give clients something that will blow their mind.
Cons
Working remotely is great, but the people who work at LRXD are awesome and I wish I could be around them more and feed off the creative energy.
