      Pros

      The people who work here are amazing and vibrant. The office space is gorgeous and there is a lot of time and energy spent on company culture with quarterly outings, maker's sessions and health and wellness enrichment.

      Cons

      I haven't worked here very long so no dirty laundry to share. So many great things in place now over there- it's a big year.

      Best On-boarding Process

      Pros

      The on-boarding process was thoughtful, structured and efficient. A far departure from my experience at 3 other agencies. I was extremely impressed at the professionalism and humanism that was taken into account for the new hires.

      Cons

      Unable to see colleagues as much as I like due to remote operations. I have nothing negative to say about the agency thus far. It’s been a breath of fresh air.
