Pros

Work remotely, no day-to-day interaction with management, flexible scheduling allows time for family life

Cons

Run, don't walk...AWAY from this "opportunity", there's a reason why they are always looking for new Ad Sales Executives, it's company wide pattern to manage you out the door 8-10 months from hire date so they get out of paying you vacation. Oh that's another reason not to take it. NO VACATION, NO SICK LEAVE for your first year. Life does happen, people get sick. You'll need a vacation after 8 hours a day 5 days on the week calling freezing cold numbers. LPI likes to call them "leads". High turnover with field staff lead the church and other clients to believe that the company is not successful.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on GlassDoor. The opinions of our former employees are just as important to us as the opinions of our current employees! We hope you took time to share your concerns and suggestions with management prior to your exit from our organization. Your first hand experience in the field can help us grow and learn! Our new VP of Ad Sales has implemented many exciting changes for Ad Sellers beginning in 2018. Our new territory alignment and an increased focus on learning and development will directly address some of your concerns. Of course, we always have room to grow! We wish you the best of luck in your new opportunity!

As an Ad Sales Executive, we’re glad to see that the work assignments are flexible & open to the direction and effort you want to put in. Our bonus and incentive plans are built to reward that effort! If you’re finding the assignments boring, your manager can give you some alternative sales campaigns to work on and add a different geographic region, market, or specialty to break up the day.
