Thank you for taking the time to write a review for GlassDoor.com. LPi finds value in providing an opportunity for our Sales Executives to get together each year for a Regional Meeting. One of our core values is to Have Fun and our Regionals are an opportunity to do just that. At each of our four meetings we have over 200 people that we provide an opportunity to train, share ideas, and network while providing entertainment, food, and hotel accommodations. This past year our Regional Meetings have taken our Sales Managers, Directors, VPs, Advertising Sales Executives, and even our President from Orlando, to Las Vegas, St. Louis, and Cape Cod. That is a diverse group of employees and interests. We appreciate the feedback on how to make next year’s regional meeting different. The Regional Meetings are also a lot of work! Our Directors are always looking for volunteers to help plan, coordinate, and facilitate a Regional Meeting to ensure optimal success! Thank you to the team that helped organize this year’s meeting. Best of luck in your future endeavors and thank you for the time that you were with us here at LPi.

Pros

Nice people work at LPi.

Cons

This company lacks vision and allows disgruntled management to treat employees badly. They do not encourage employee growth, and an old boys' network spends too much time fighting for who is top dog, rather than developing their employees and helping them grow. There are also serious concerns with the air quality and whether or not it is a healthy place to work.

Pros

Small office setting. Everyone knows everyone.

Cons

The CEO runs the company like it's a hobby. Decisions are made on personal preferences instead of what's best for the business. The leadership team is not trustworthy and is allowed to bully employees to get what they want.
