As an Ad Sales Executive, we’re glad to see that the work assignments are flexible & open to the direction and effort you want to put in. Our bonus and incentive plans are built to reward that effort! If you’re finding the assignments boring, your manager can give you some alternative sales campaigns to work on and add a different geographic region, market, or specialty to break up the day.

Pros

3 days at home and 2 days in office, work provides laptop

Cons

Management is often unresponsive to concerns, and employees may feel dismissed when raising issues. There’s a lack of support from leadership, leading to burnout from heavy workloads, and compensation does not reflect the demands of the job.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your time with LPi did not meet your expectations, particularly around communication and leadership support. Feedback like yours is important—it challenges us to keep improving. Within the Ad Design department, we have bi-weekly L10 meetings where team members are encouraged to share both highlights and concerns. Items raised are brought to department leadership and, when appropriate, elevated to the LPi leadership team for further consideration. In addition, we offer space for monthly 1:1s and promote an open-door policy to ensure every employee feels heard and empowered to speak up. We wish you the best in your next chapter and thank you again for the feedback.
