Pros
Superb team ethic and direction from an MD who is very hands on. Support throughout the management structure both through initial training and continuous development. The product is a technical game changer throughout its market industries. The role within the company covers a diverse client base from oil and gas through to any form of industrial facility and as such, makes the role very interesting diversly and technically challenging. A great way of interacting and developing mechanical engineering skills.
Cons
Having been with the company for several years, I am yet to encounter any cons. Lokring is an international company and run on its own individual distributor model, supported by Lokring Technology.
