A very good quality Product that makes sense in the industry.

Cons

The biggest problem with this company is top Management in my opinion. They chew through positions from middle managers, receptionists, accountants and shop floor staff like crazy and have for years in my opinion. I've seen it all, while I was employed and was a key person within the organization. Unfortunately, after all the training and modelling from the largest fitting manufacturer in the world they never taught Lokring management how to retain or treat people really well.

It's a great place for people who are working on the shop floor and in general deal little with management. - Co-Workers are Friendly and interesting - Overall a nice place to work.

- Management is political and bureaucratic. - Technology outdated and network failing - Management will not approve new technology
