Cons
Nepotism, Favoritism on assignment of shifts & schedules. Scheduling should be done by computer not by individual who overrides availability. Sometimes had no shifts for weeks then given undesirable shifts. , Availability ignored.Little advance notice for schedule. Some people get ideal hours & shifts while others get whats left or none at all. Poor communication and poor management . Lead acts as scheduleacts as boss even though Head boss should be assuming these roles. Some people are allowed to call in sick weekly with no consequence, while others are bukkiedvinto undesirable shifts ..
