Former employee - IT Service Manager LINKBYNET Employee Review

Linkbynet was bought by Accenture, who imposed their toxic environment without understanding the business and client needs of Linkbynet's clients. There wetr a clash whereany employees were not valued as they should be due to the career ladder in place at accenture. Gradually all benefits were removed from Linkbynet's employees and most of the valuable assets left the company. Some of the emplyees had to take legal actions. Accenture's management failed miserably to provide answers to the emplyees during the on boarding and employees were left with a fait accomplis.
