- Management is VERY hierarchial, hard to establish relationship with coworkers and bosses due to the sheer size of the Aquatic division at Water Park
- Hard to get recognized for good work, recognized for errors based on communication issues from management
-blamed for errors due to communication issues from management
-A good walk from parking lot to water park
