I worked at LEGOLAND part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Everyone is there to create fun environment for the kids, which creates a vibrant atmosphere to work in. Your fellow red shirt colleagues and you will form a very tight team.

    Cons

They seriously struggle from lack of staff and poor managerial teams. Poor organisation of the managers and our subsequent treatment was the reason that I, and i think many others, felt the need to leave. Further, customers complained non stop, and it was often up to front liners to handle it due to managers disappearing for cigarette breaks or just avoiding working.
