      Pros

      Wonderful team who are mostly all willing to teach you and help you. They provided me with my own work space, assignments, and goals to achieve. I grew as a student and employee. They also allowed me to work with clients and work events. Hands on!

      Cons

      Not many cons about the job. It was not paid/no transportation coverage/no lunches paid for. Some of the check in hours for events were extremely early but that is part of the industry. Small company they hire a ton of free lancers for events.

      Pros

      - This isn’t specific to the intern role, but the schedules seem very flexible and there appears to be a really nice work–life balance. - Amazing community and culture — overall, an incredible workplace.

      Cons

      - As an intern, the job can feel a bit slow. Rather than learning as you go with quick momentum, I would have loved to learn a bit more and be on more projects instead of primarily doing admin or receptionist work, which I didn’t entirely expect.
