Pros
I LOVE my job with LCEC. I actually enjoy coming to work and I enjoy the people I work with. The work I am asked to do is fun and challenging (in a great way). The community involvement is awesome. There are many opportunities here and I am looking forward to my future! I am proud and very happy to be here!
Cons
Some of the systems are old. Benefits, specifically related to PTO could be improved. There is no "sick" time so you have to use regular PTO if you are sick. There are very few positions that have "remote" opportunities.
