Pros
There are no pros working for this company. Management sucks here they want to take from the employees treat you like crap and they cant figure out why that they can't keep anyone. There health insurance sucks its a high deductible plan pretty much you don't have health insurance. They took away the pension plan and gives the union a crappy cash balance plan and the company earns more on there's then the union does. Its hard to get tools when you need them you have to feel out a slip like your in elementary school and get permission to get the tool that you need and then the supervisor gives you a hard just to get it. They have a U policy if you call out sick they want to discipline you. The HR Rep that wrote the good review for this job is lying and everything is about money and not the employee. This company has a high turn over rate. Like I said before HR lies, Management lies and so does the supervisors. So if your looking at coming to this company don't there are for better places to work besides here.
