Pros

1) The hourly rate is much higher then any other retail job. 2) They will supplement your learning on a limited part time basis.

Cons

1) Terrible Hours - In your first couple years of service you'll be getting the majority of your work through call ins to different stores. 2) Toxic Work Environment - Slimey management, often untrained.
