      Pros

      Depending on what department you are in, they are not strict on when you come in or when you leave, when you take lunch or how long you take lunch.

      Cons

      Some of the "leaders" lead by bullying. Other leaders cower and hide. Employee benefits are worthless, there is no company culture and they do not care to change, grow or improve their company at all. They will not listen to employees at all. There is a high turnover for a reason.

      You get to take ownership of your work, and the Team of colleagues is top notch. Everyone takes pride in what they do.

      Pros

      They push to attain greatness with their clients. Good work/life balance Good room for technical growth Great engineering team After working for 2 different Managed Service companies after my departure, I realize that LANAIR has a better structure and better room for growth. My previous rating was a 2, but I am changing this to a 4 after my last 2 employers.

      Need to be focused to learn Can be stressful if not focused in Technology industry Not a place to go if not wanting slow work life
