Pros

Strong CRM system & high-quality roles in strong industries.

Cons

I already wrote a review for this company earlier this year when I was an employee. It was mandated and done by our marketing person so the whole thing is fabricated and it's 5 stars of course. Don't believe anything on this site. It's a pressure cooker lead by a few greedy individuals with little regard for their staff and employees. Forget about a diverse work environment, the frequent in-office staff is all male. Terrible turnover with unhappy staff across the board. Everything is personal to them and work life balance is nonexistent. They're upfront about that too and don't believe in it. Look at the LinkedIn posts of one of their cofounders in particular and you'll see.

Pros

Pros of working at LABUR is that they are not gonna throw you on the phone the first day and expect immediate results. LABUR takes the time to give you the proper training that is needed to be successful in the recruiting world. They're readily available to help you with anything that you may need, all employees at every level of the company are looking out for you. They provide mentorship which when you are a newly graduate helps guide you in this fast industry. Flexible PTO, and vacation time is an additive plus. WFH flexible. LABUR in my short time has been very accommodating to everything I've needed. Great work environment and very friendly people.

Cons

The days can be long at times but as would be at any company, no complaints from my end up to this point. LABUR is a great place to start your career, and or bring your professional career to the next level.

Pros

None come to mind given how unprofessional they are

Cons

Labur’s management team is the epitome of a DEI shop. They place race and gender above professional and merit. They also fail to abide by consulting contracts.
