I worked at LABUR as a contractor (Less than a year)

From the start, Adam Burr, my contact at Labur was impressive. He did not immediately try to find a contract position, but rather took the time to get to know me. He made it clear that Labur's relationships are paramount. They look to development meaningful business relationships that last over time. In order to do that, he want to ensure he was putting the RIGHT people in the right position, rather than just someone who matched the needed skills.
When it came to representing me, Adam took the time to review all my paperwork, resumes, cover letters, and other documentation. He was interested in making sure he actually understood my skills and past experiences, and that I didn't oversell or understate my skills.
I was thoroughly impressed with Adam and Labur, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for contract work. Additionally, any companies looking for a business partner, rather than just a "source" of talent, should strongly consider Labur.

Hard to think of a con. Perhaps some people want "face to face" contact, but for me, Adam was regularly in touch. I didn't see the geographic distance as an issue.
