Cons
- Corporate take over of L3 executed poorly. There is a basic lack of communications with their employees. - Harris transitioned to a different vacation plan and employees are not getting payed out depending on if they are hourly or which state they live in. - After leaving Harris does not provide health coverage. They expected you to pay out of pocket until COBRA is established. - Employees moved around to different departments with out notification or without any discussion. Many managers and employees have not met their supervisors. - Employees assigned to different departments without notice - Employees laid off without any discussion for seemingly no reason.
