It was an ok experience, had my ups and downs. There was some transparency with a variety of things

If you have ambition or want to implement changes it is very hard to do, they're stuck in their ways. For some roles, there was no progression unless you wanted to change team. Salary is low compared to what an individual can get externally and roles seemed to have been combined in which didn't allow for crucial work to be completed.
