      Pros

      Decent starting pay, room for growth, have clinics for workers that only costs $20 per visit and offer free counseling sessions for some mental health issues

      Cons

      Most places in company are short staffed meaning more work to get done in less time. They are starting to use technology in places that it is unneeded and causing issues for workers for not following the ai/computer systems Company values don't tend to match with any LGBTQ+ workers or marginalized communities
