Pros
40% profit sharing, room for advancement (if desired), employee training, relatively good wages for the work. Nice place to help out part-time. You can often see the result of your individual tasks. New locations opening consistently. Employee-assistance programs, retirement benefits.
Cons
Full-timers that I have encountered often seem stressed at work due to work load or hours. I have consistent hours, but I know many who do not (part-time and full-time). For overnighters, I have seen this as an issue. The company may also be starting to get too big without enough quality-assurance.
