Pros
Family atmosphere, treat employees very well, several great benefits, awesome pay for a first time job to a inbetween careers job or permanent job! Chances to advance at every turn you just have to look for the path YOU want to take and create it.
Cons
Could use a second distribution center, shifts that cross over more would help too. More incentive to retain third shift employees (over night incentive is generous already)
