Pros

Pay is okay. Gift card on your birthday and anniversary.

Cons

They promise room for advancement but when you try to transfer they will deny you the chance to. If you want to advance give them a chance and you'll find out just how much they actually do promote from within. Work conditions are awful, if half of the things that go on there were reported to OSHA they would be in a heap of trouble. If you like mandatory overtime this is the place for you, if you enjoy spending time with your loved ones I'd keep looking. You will constantly get accused of doing things that you didn't do, and if you ask them to review one of the dozen cameras that are on the employees at any given second they won't do it ( I can only assume its a dominance issue). They belittle their employees and constantly speak down to them. The majority of the co workers I worked with had god complexes and would indulge in constant sexual harassment of the female employees, some select supervisors enjoyed doing this as well. I quit this job and it was the best choice I have ever made. I have never been so stressed out working anywhere in my life and that is usually the general consensus from most of the workers (if they're speaking honestly). My advice STAY CLEAR!

Pros

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
