A lot of dedication with little appreciation. - Retail Co-Worker Kwik Trip Employee Review

Pros

The yearly bonus was nice. They were fairly flexible with schedule. Always something changing. Many stores in the area so it was pretty easy to find someone to cover a shift.

Cons

Not fair, there are favorites for sure. If you are not related to the district leader or put your heart and soul into the business, you will never go any where in the company. Suggestive selling to every customer was annoying and was threatened to get written up if I did not do it. Not much of a pay increase.

Pros

Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

Cons

Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
