      Pros

      Good employee bonuses, plenty of staff for good coverage, excellent full and part time benefits.

      Cons

      Had one awful manager out of several great managers. There was no system in place to fix this. He was later fired though, I just didn't make it through that time

      Long work hours, scheduling is awful, and mandatory third shifts when required

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
