      Always asking to cover more shifts, limited break times, rude customers, not enough help when busy, open all day every day

      Pros

      Newer trucks and a fulling operating shop.

      Cons

      Company is very full of their own ego, any concerns get dismissed immediately as not to discredit themselves. Promotions happen through the "buddy" system and no job listings are officially posted for career advancement. Management constantly lies to get you in the door. Insurance is unbelievably expensive, highest cost I've ever seen.
