Pros
Profit sharing is nice. Employees have many tasks to do during their shift and little room to breathe so the day goes quickly. Company pays half of uniform costs. Nice job for true part timers but full time is difficult.
Cons
Understaffing is the rule not the exception making it a constant balancing act between doing your job and staying a decent human. High stress!!! Pencil pushers fair better long and short term over hard work and dedication. Very high deductible insurance and a weak high deductible prescription plan.
