Pros
The pay is good and some of the co-workers are nice and some of the managers are nice.
Cons
From the first day I started nothing was what I was told when I interviewed. 1. never told my hours would change from one day to the next. 2. Was told in the interview my work sch. was M-Sat with rotating days off. NOT TRUE! You work S-Sat. and they do not have set days So you never know if you are working the weekend until Friday. 3. was told I would work 40 hours per week, NOT TRUE you get done early most of the time. 4. was told in interview you can move to different shift or transfer after 3 months NOT TRUE you can not move to different shift or dept. until you have worked there for 6 month. 5. was told I would be in training for 2 weeks before going on to my reg shift so I would learn things before working reg. shift AGAIN NOT TRUE! So if you are told that the Bakery is a great place to work at and if they make it sound so great think about this. Why cant they keep people on the 2nd shift? It has to do with all of the above. People get in there and find out it is not what was told to them.
