      Literally none. pay is awful but you at least get commission for selling people a broken product

      If you've been here long enough, you'll get better benefits.

      Cons

      No respect for employees' personal lives, overtime's always expected from you, and employees shouldn't question management. Even when things already seem abusive, no one's there to support us. You'll be fired if you complain. Because employees are expendable!
