Pros

If you have an education and are a good employee, there are lots of opportunities for advancement. Good work/life balance, good benefits, promote from within.

Cons

Like any large company there are risks of getting laid off due to reorganization. Where I am, relocation is required for advancement. I didn't negotiate much vacation so I received the base vacation which isn't much.
