      Opportunities for advancement are good if you apply yourself and are willing to work at the bottom of the totum pole for years.

      Cons

      You sometimes get to work for undesireable people that have learned their skills somewhere different than the rest of us. We are suppoesed to be a team not a communist community.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      Cons

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
