      Pros

      Always found a way to keep busy. Had a few cool store managers. Gained a lot of meaningful experience and skills that I'm finding transferable outside of Kroger.

      Cons

      Every job and employee will have a different relationship. For me, this was not the job. It didn't deliver what it promised. That being said, before joining Kroger, research in depth what you are getting into. I've seen the information online since quitting this job. It's available all over the internet. But know what you're getting into. For some people, this will be a good fit; for me, it was disappointing.

      10% discount on all kroger branded items $17.25 per hour is one of the better wages in the area when compared to competitor stores

      October-January the workload and store environment is overwhelming due to holidays Slowest time of year in the store is during the summer when its hot and days drag ob forever Lack of communication between dept as well as between store management MOD adds insurmountable tasks onto your already lengthy expected daily task assignments
