Pros

They are very willing to working with employees who need flexible scheduling and extended periods of time off. There is quick advancement and few barriers for those who show the effort to be the best. They also offer a pension after just five years of employment. The management is fair and competent.

Cons

Not enough monetary compensation for the time, work, or effort. Union influence means that pay is tied very closely to length of employment, meaning there is little financial incentive to become better at one's job.
