      Pros

      This is a really great company to work for. People here work hard and play hard. There is a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Sales team does an excellent job lining up the work and acting as a "buffer" between you and the clients.

      Cons

      Occasionally they are short on event assistants.

      Awesome experience for college students. Great way to get comfortable with public speaking, and managing and hosting events.

      Cons

      Work is almost entirely on weekends.

      -Misleading and deceptive compensation structure. Leadership will gaslight and use deceptive promotion paths to hold you back from financial growth within the company. -Poor leadership -High turnover -No overtime until after 10 hours on shift -Owners hyper-focus on attaining asset wealth within the company rather an environment for growth for people seeking a career path within the industry. -No benefits or PTO
