      Kramer really focuses on making sure you feel welcome and feel like you are a part of the family. All of the staff is fun to work with and makes long events fun!

      I was thrown into my first event pretty early.

      Awesome experience for college students. Great way to get comfortable with public speaking, and managing and hosting events.

      Cons

      Work is almost entirely on weekends.

      -Misleading and deceptive compensation structure. Leadership will gaslight and use deceptive promotion paths to hold you back from financial growth within the company. -Poor leadership -High turnover -No overtime until after 10 hours on shift -Owners hyper-focus on attaining asset wealth within the company rather an environment for growth for people seeking a career path within the industry. -No benefits or PTO
